Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know Before You Visit
We know visiting the dentist can come with questions — whether it’s your first time, you’re unsure about treatment options, or just want to know where to park. Here’s everything you need to know to make your visit smooth, stress-free, and straightforward.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time — especially for same-day or after-hours appointments. You can book online anytime or call us directly on 09 419 555.
We do our best to accommodate urgent cases the same day. If it’s urgent, call us directly on 09 419 555.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have free parking available at our clinic. It’s easy and convenient, so you don’t have to stress about finding a spot.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer Afterpay, and we’re also affiliated with Southern Cross, WINZ, and ACC. We’re happy to guide you through the paperwork if needed.
Are your fillings white or silver?
We only use high-quality white (composite) fillings, carefully matched to your tooth colour, and made from premium materials that Dr Nada personally trusts.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. What we quote is what you pay — no surprises when you get to the counter.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we welcome children of all ages. Dr Nada is a mum herself and has a unique way of helping kids feel comfortable, including her high five–four–three–two–ten countdown that kids love!
Is your clinic accessible?
Yes, we have ground-level access suitable for wheelchairs, prams, or anyone with mobility concerns.
What if I’m nervous about dental work?
You’re not alone, and we completely understand. Dr Nada is known for her gentle, calming approach — especially with nervous patients. We take time to explain everything and never rush.
Can I get a second opinion from Dr Nada?
Absolutely. We’re more than happy to provide honest, pressure-free second opinions if you’ve been told you need treatment elsewhere.
What can I expect from the check-up and x-rays?
We’re all about catching problems early and keeping your teeth healthy for the long haul. During your check-up, we’ll take a good look at your teeth and gums, chat through your concerns, and do x-rays to see what’s going on beneath the surface. From there, if needed we’ll come up with a personalised plan just for you – it’s all about making sure you get the right care and preventing issues before they crop up!
How often should I see the dentist?
We recommend popping in every 6 months for a check-up and clean to keep your smile looking sharp. Regular visits help us catch any small issues before they become bigger problems, saving you time and money in the long run.
What are the early signs of dental problems?
Look out for bleeding gums, tooth sensitivity, or any changes in how your bite feels. A bit of pain or a small chip can be your teeth telling you something’s up. If anything feels off, give us a call and we’ll sort you out before it gets worse!
